Proofing baskets and covers
Our proofing baskets are made from high-quality plastic. They are hygienic, easy to clean and highly durable – a benefit for both the environment and our customers.
We also offer matching cotton covers in the appropriate sizes. Another highlight is our Maxi proofing basket, developed in cooperation with a well-known industrial bakery and thoroughly tested in practice.
Plastic products
Our range of plastic products extends from dough scrapers to measuring cups. The food-safe plastic is highly durable, robust and can be adapted to customer requirements during the production process.
For example, colours can be selected individually, or your company logo can be integrated directly into the injection mould. Most products can also be printed if required.
Detectable dough scrapers
Our three most popular plastic dough scraper models (76705, 76714 and 76709) are also available in a detectable version.
Small metal particles are integrated into the material during the injection moulding process. This allows the scraper to be detected and recovered using a metal detector if it is accidentally lost in the dough.
Cleaning equipment
Sweeping, scraping and cleaning are part of everyday work in both large and small bakeries. They ensure that products remain free from residues and maintain consistent quality.
